What is the Method of Saving Ink for UV Printer?

As an Epson Uv Ink Manufacturer, I would like to share with you how to save ink for UV printers.

Method one, manual and automatic combined with drawing ink.

Method two, do not start the device frequently. Because every time it is started, the device must perform a comprehensive automatic detection, which not only takes time, but also involves cleaning the print head and filling the ink delivery system. This will waste some ink, and it is best to switch the machine on and off once a day.

Method three, printing mode. Different printing modes consume ink to different extents. According to the actual printing accuracy, the number of printing passes, and the printing materials, the appropriate printing method should be selected to avoid unnecessary waste.

Three cleaning methods when the nozzle of UV printer is blocked:

One, simple cleaning

Use a soft brush or other dipped nozzle cleaning fluid to clean the ink outside the nozzle, and use a vacuum cleaner to suck out the residual ink in the nozzle to make the nozzle unblocked.

Two, moderate cleaning

Before cleaning, fill the syringe with cleaning tube with cleaning liquid. When cleaning, first unplug the ink tube, and then insert the cleaning tube into the nozzle ink inlet, so that the pressured cleaning liquid enters the nozzle from the ink inlet tube until the ink in the nozzle Was washed clean.

Three, deep cleaning

The nozzles with severe nozzle clogging must be removed and cleaned thoroughly. They can be soaked for a long time (to dissolve the ink condensed in the nozzle) or cleaned with an ultrasonic cleaner (note that the cleaning time should not exceed 1 minute to avoid damage to the nozzle).

If the picture printed by the UV printer is not sun-protected, the color of the picture will quickly lose, making the picture yellow, faded, and dry:

1. The equipment should buy good quality UV ink and materials, especially in some large outdoor advertising decorations, you must use guaranteed quality UV ink.

2. When the screen is posted, it is best to choose a backlight or a place not exposed to direct sunlight, which can effectively reduce the damage of ultraviolet rays to the screen.

Three, through the coating, varnish treatment, mirror treatment, etc., it can reduce the damage of ultraviolet rays to the screen.

Our company also has Epson Dx5 Ink on sale, welcome to contact us.

The process of making different types of inks

Copiers, printers, and other such printing devices utilize digital printing methods, and the inks used for these purposes are usually water-based inks. Experts such as pigm...

How to print DTF (direct to film) Sublimation step by step

Print images for sublimation on textiles, using a film and   DTF printing technique ! This is an introduction to a new printing technique called DTF printing also known as direct to film printing. This printing technique brings more possibilities to textile printing as it can be fully applied on dark color and light color fabrics such as nylon, polyester, cotton, canvas, leather, and others.  It is a method of sublimation of small designs whose results are in full color. The designs will have a very soft and smooth texture, they will be stretchable, and long-lasting because they will be resistant to washing.   The DTF print process requires: ● DTFprinter/ Epson L805 or Epson L1800 (They must be adapted) ●  DTF inks ● DTF powder ● DTF film  ● Special design software (ACRORIP, EKprint, Kothari RIP) ● Heat press The dtf film comes in two sizes: the A4 size, and the A3 size which allows you to print larger format images...

What is DTF Printing?

DTF printing is direct-to-film printing, which is a supplement to the inkjet garment decoration process. Even white ink does not require pretreatment. It is very convenient for customized DIY printing market. What is DTF? DTF is an alternative printing process for DTG. The film was printed using a specific type of water-based ink.It was then dried with powdered glue on the back and then heat cured for storage or immediate use. One of the benefits of DTF is that there is no need to use pretreatment. DTF cannot do this. The powdered glue does the job for you. After hot pressing, the soft water-based ink is transferred to the garment in about 15 seconds. Transfer is most suitable for polyester and other non-cotton fabrics that are difficult to print with traditional DTG printing. DTG is mainly designed for cotton garments printing. DTF is difficult to replace DTG for cotton printing. However, due to its low level of investment in its independent version or fully automated system for mass ...
