What is a Heat Transfer?

Free heat transfer was first spread in the United States and Western Europe, and it has gradually become popular in China in the past two years. The early heat transfers were not so much heat transfers as heat transfers. They were mainly popular slogans and characters. Later, they gradually developed into various vivid patterns. With the development of economy and the progress of society, the new mankind is more and more flaunting individuality, coupled with the development of computer technology and the development of related software, these are undoubtedly even more powerful for the free heat transfer industry. Heat transfer clothing has become popular in Europe and America, becoming popular casual clothing. Because of its simple printing process and easy operation, the materials needed are economical and easy to obtain, and it can be widely printed on various substrates, such as knitted T-shirts, denim, plush, toys, shoes, backpacks, and all kinds of nylon Cap and so on. It can be transferred to the fabric with a heat press machine, which can be used in industry and civilian use. Heat transfer can be divided into foam heat transfer, offset heat transfer, penetration heat transfer, colorful bead heat transfer, laser heat transfer, flocking heat transfer, reflective heat transfer, gold and silver heat transfer and water-based heat transfer.

Foaming heat transfer: clear layers, good elongation, safe transfer, clear patterns and bright colors.

Penetrating heat transfer: The ink layer is thin, breathable, clear and delicate, and the overall effect is natural and realistic.

Offset heat transfer: fine patterns, exquisite effects, offset photo effects, can maintain the original charm and artistic charm.

Water-based heat transfer: suitable for all kinds of fabrics, with good water resistance and flexibility.

Gold and silver heat transfer: golden light and shiny, suitable for knitting T-shirts and backpacks. The heat transfer originated in the United States and has a long history and tradition. Because of its simple printing process and easy operation,

Colorful bead heat transfer: The pattern is composed of colorful beads, especially suitable for women's and children's wear;

Laser transfer: colorful laser pattern.

Flocking heat transfer: the pattern is flocking effect;

2. The principle and application of heat transfer

Heat transfer technology is widely used in the printing industry, and clothing hot stamping and metal photos also use heat transfer. Heat transfer technology is easy to learn but difficult to master, and misunderstandings arise due to lack of understanding.

The theory of heat transfer is actually very simple: output the image on transfer paper, and transfer it to different materials with appropriate temperature and pressure. It seems simple, but it is not! Many heat transfer shops have a high failure rate and have not been able to find it. The reason is that you can keep the bad prints for your own use, but after a long period of operation, you may be able to open the "T-shirt printing failure exhibition".

It is very simple to print the heat transfer locally, but the large area is uniform and does not fall off. It depends on the technology. The transfer interface of the heat transfer is very important, that is, the processing technology of the heat transfer paper. The high club pattern is blurred or burnt. And some heat transfer shops bought a 1,000 yuan heat transfer machine, and the printing has been uneven or the quality is unstable. In fact, the heat transfer heating system is different. Is the temperature uniform? Is the pressure just right? It is related to the quality of heat transfer. A good heat transfer machine can solve the problems of different pressure and material thickness at one time. Our company has DTF INK on sale, welcome to contact us.

The process of making different types of inks

One of the most important, integral and indivisible factors in ink manufacturing is   the type of pigment used in the ink . Everything from the appearance of the ink to the characteristics of the ink to the way it lasts depends on the pigments used to color the ink. Therefore, when you want to know the right type of ink for your requirements, it is important to know the type of pigment used in the ink. With the wide variety of inks on the market, it can be difficult to know which ink is best for the purpose you have in mind. When it comes time to print, having a guide to pigments and inks makes it easier for people to make the right choice.   Water-based inks and their pigments. While inks have many uses and they represent many businesses, one of the most common commercial uses of ink is for printing paper. Copiers, printers, and other such printing devices utilize digital printing methods, and the inks used for these purposes are usually water-based inks. Experts such as pigm...

How to print DTF (direct to film) Sublimation step by step

  Print images for sublimation on textiles, using a film and   DTF printing technique ! This is an introduction to a new printing technique called DTF printing also known as direct to film printing. This printing technique brings more possibilities to textile printing as it can be fully applied on dark color and light color fabrics such as nylon, polyester, cotton, canvas, leather, and others.  It is a method of sublimation of small designs whose results are in full color. The designs will have a very soft and smooth texture, they will be stretchable, and long-lasting because they will be resistant to washing.   The DTF print process requires: ● DTFprinter/ Epson L805 or Epson L1800 (They must be adapted) ●  DTF inks ● DTF powder ● DTF film  ● Special design software (ACRORIP, EKprint, Kothari RIP) ● Heat press The dtf film comes in two sizes: the A4 size, and the A3 size which allows you to print larger format images...

What is DTF Printing?

DTF printing is direct-to-film printing, which is a supplement to the inkjet garment decoration process. Even white ink does not require pretreatment. It is very convenient for customized DIY printing market. What is DTF? DTF is an alternative printing process for DTG. The film was printed using a specific type of water-based ink.It was then dried with powdered glue on the back and then heat cured for storage or immediate use. One of the benefits of DTF is that there is no need to use pretreatment. DTF cannot do this. The powdered glue does the job for you. After hot pressing, the soft water-based ink is transferred to the garment in about 15 seconds. Transfer is most suitable for polyester and other non-cotton fabrics that are difficult to print with traditional DTG printing. DTG is mainly designed for cotton garments printing. DTF is difficult to replace DTG for cotton printing. However, due to its low level of investment in its independent version or fully automated system for mass ...
