UV Printer Add Wrong Ink Processing Method?

As a Uv Ink Supplier, share with you. If the UV printer accidentally adds an ink that is different from the ink cartridge, it is easy to cause the two inks to be incompatible. Make deposits in the ink path, block the ink path system or nozzles, and cause unnecessary losses. Once the wrong UV ink is added, there are the following four solutions:

1. The UV ink has just been added to the ink cartridge and has not yet entered the ink supply path. In this case, you only need to replace a new ink cartridge.

2. If the UV ink has entered the ink supply path, the entire ink path needs to be cleaned, and the corresponding filter must be replaced. If it is not clean, the entire ink supply system needs to be replaced.

3. If the cleaning function has been turned on, it means that the ink has entered the nozzle. At this time, you need to remove the nozzle immediately, clean the nozzle with cleaning fluid, and discharge all the ink as much as possible.

Fourth, if the nozzle is severely clogged, you need to find a professional to deal with it.

The pigment particle diameter in UV ink is less than 1 micron, does not contain volatile organic solvents, has ultra-low viscosity, and has no pungent odor. It can ensure that the ink does not block the nozzle during the jet printing process. After six months of high temperature storage test, there is no pigment aggregation , Sinking, delamination and other abnormal phenomena. UV ink dries immediately after spraying, which can be matched with various types of nozzle UV flatbed printers on the market. UV ink is suitable for printing metal, glass, ceramics, PC, PVC, ABS and other materials. The cured ink layer has high hardness, good adhesion, scrub resistance, solvent resistance and high gloss. UV inks are available in C, M, Y, K, LC, LM, white, transparent, 8 colors, and light fastness levels 7-8. Pack 1 liter/barrel.

UV ink and eco-solvent ink determine their respective application methods and application fields due to their own essential characteristics. Because uv ink can be used together with white ink, many manufacturers can print some beautiful embossing effects. This is done by first accumulating white ink with embossing effect, and then printing with color UV ink to achieve embossing effect. The eco-solvent cannot be mixed with white ink, so there is no way to print the relief effect.

In addition, since many materials of poorly soluble ink need to be coated during printing, printed products without coating treatment are easy to fade; while UV ink can be directly used to print many materials without any The coating treatment is simple, convenient and practical.

How to print DTF (direct to film) Sublimation step by step

Print images for sublimation on textiles, using a film and   DTF printing technique ! This is an introduction to a new printing technique called DTF printing also known as direct to film printing. This printing technique brings more possibilities to textile printing as it can be fully applied on dark color and light color fabrics such as nylon, polyester, cotton, canvas, leather, and others.  It is a method of sublimation of small designs whose results are in full color. The designs will have a very soft and smooth texture, they will be stretchable, and long-lasting because they will be resistant to washing.   The DTF print process requires: ● DTFprinter/ Epson L805 or Epson L1800 (They must be adapted) ●  DTF inks ● DTF powder ● DTF film  ● Special design software (ACRORIP, EKprint, Kothari RIP) ● Heat press The dtf film comes in two sizes: the A4 size, and the A3 size which allows you to print larger format images...
