Part 1: Pet Film Printing

The Pet Film transfer printing adopts dot printing (resolution up to 300dpi). First, you need to print out the artwork for the film. The printed imaged has rich color performance, and less range different in hues. Great for large quantity and mass productivity.

Part 2: Heat and Press transfer process

This step the exquisite pattern on the transfer film to the surface of the product through a heat transfer machine (heat and pressure). The ink layer and the film surface combines together, which is vivid and beautiful and breathable print. However, due to the high technical content of this process, ink raw materials need imported from aboard.

Why large orders prefer screen print? Small batch prefer heat transfer?

In conclusion, for large orders, screen printing is much faster than digital heat transfer printing. However, digital transfer printing features an ideal decoration method compare to screen printing. Small batches orders, heat transfer is a cheaper custom decoration method for DIY users and high printing requirement users.
